Exploring the Hidden Faces of Depression in Black Women
We’re praised for being strong, but few ask how we’re really doing. In this opening session, we’ll identify how depression often shows up differently in Black women—behind smiles, success, and silence. Through open discussion and clinical insight, we’ll unpack the emotional weight many of us carry and begin to give ourselves permission to put it down.
